Start with a simple object from your surroundings — it could be a pen, a cup, a stone, or a book. Pick something you see often but perhaps never really look at closely. The only rule? You must give it your full attention right now!
2. Look at the Object Mindfully
Examine the object from different angles. What details have you never noticed before? What colors, shapes, and textures are present? Imagine you are seeing this object for the very first time. How does it feel? What impressions does it give you?
