I’ve been thinking a lot about this topic lately and have come to the conclusion that, while there are many positive aspects, there’s also a darker side that we can’t ignore.

Do you ever feel like, while scrolling through Instagram, you think: “Wow, their life is so much better than mine”? I know I do. These perfectly staged photos and videos can make us feel envious and negatively impact our self-esteem.
2. The Filter Bubble:
We often only see what confirms our own opinions. This is due to algorithms that trap us in our little bubbles. The problem? We lose sight of other perspectives, and society becomes more and more divided.
